Ingredients
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 pkg. Hershey's Kisses
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Mix together butter, peanut butter and sugars with electric mixer.
- Add egg and continue to mix.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Press a Hershey's Kiss in each cookie.
- Return to oven for 5 to 6 more minutes.
- Cool.
