Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-3/4 cups milk
  • 6 cups French bread cubes (1/2 inch)
  • 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp. icing sugar

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Whisk first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  • Gradually stir in milk.
  • Add bread; stir to evenly coat.
  • Stir in chocolate.
  • Pour into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 min.
  • or until centre is set and top is golden brown.
  • Cool.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
