Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Melt chocolates in double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Mix in peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
  • Spread mixture in a greased 8-inch square pan.
  • Chill pan in refrigerator until mixture is firm.
  • Cut into 1-inch squares.
