Ingredients
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and 1/2 stick margarine.
- Melt, stirring to combine.
- Spread on bottom of round cake pan. Arrange peaches over brown sugar in concentric circles.
