Ingredients
- 1 cup rice quick cooking, either brown or white
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces peach slices
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 dash cinnamon and nutmeg
Method
- In saucepan, combine rice and milk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat, cook on medium low for 5 minutes.
- Stir in butter and undrained peach slices.
- Stir in eggs and spices.
- Cook 2 minutes more.
