Ingredients
- 2 peaches (or mangos)
- sprig of cilantro (to taste)
- jalapeno pepper (to taste)
- green onion
- fresh ginger root
- pinch of sugar (or honey)
- juice of lime (to taste)
Method
- Finely chop or dice and mix fruit, cilantro, hot pepper, green onion and ginger root.
- Add sugar and squeezed lime juice.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Serve over grilled chicken or fish.
