Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups peaches
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
Method
- Heat milk and add eggs.
- Cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
- Add peach mixture to milk base.
- Refrigerate at least two hours.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions.
