- 2 graham cracker crusts, 9 inch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 to 7 medium peaches
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Add boiling water, salt, lemon juice.
- Add sugar to peeled and sliced peaches.
- Combine whipping cream with cooled gelatin mixture and add peaches.
- Fill pie crusts and refrigerate.
