- Angel food cake, sliced
- 4 C. sliced peaches
- 1 Eagle Brand milk
- 1 C. water
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. butter
- 1 C. jam
- 3 C. applesauce
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 C flour, reserve enough flour to coat raisins & nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 C. nuts
- 1 C. raisins
Method
- Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
