Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Place butter in a baking dish in oven to melt.
- Mix flour, milk and 1/2 cup of sugar; set aside.
- Pour 1/2 cup of sugar over peaches.
- Pour flour mixture over butter in baking dish.
- Do not stir.
- Last, pour fruit on top.
- Do not stir.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
