Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb. pecan halves (4 1/4 cup)
Method
- In heavy skillet melt butter or margarine.
- Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Toss until nuts are coated.
- Place in single layer on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 baking pan.
- Bake in 300° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often till nuts are brown and crisp.
- Makes about 4 1/4 cups.
