- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. oleo, softened
- 1 egg
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2/3 c. white corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
- 2 c. salted peanuts
- 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Method
- Blend first three ingredients together well.
- Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Spread marshmallows on top.
- Turn off oven and return pan to oven, until marshmallows are melted.
- Melt the 2 tablespoons oleo; add syrup, vanilla and peanut butter chips together.
- Add peanuts and cereal; mix well and spread evenly over marshmallows.
- Let set. Cut into bars.
