Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3/4 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary crushed
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 (28 oz.) stewed or crushed tomatoes
Method
- Saute olive oil and minced garlic over low heat.
- Do not brown!
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add salt or additional garlic to taste.
- Pour over favorite pasta and enjoy!
