Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- green olives, sliced
- 1 can artichoke hearts, sliced
- 2 boxes rainbow pasta (spiral)
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Feta cheese
Method
- Boil pasta.
- Meanwhile, place all chopped items in bowl; add vinegar, oil and garlic salt and mix.
- Fold into cooked pasta. Refrigerate.
- Add Feta cheese before serving.
- May have to add more wine vinegar when tossing.
