Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and red peppers
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 c. cooked and drained pasta shells
Method
- Place sauce, vegetables, peas and water in large skillet. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cheese.
- Spoon over pasta.
