Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. pasta shells
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (I use fresh rather than canned)
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Method
- Cook shells and drain.
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Saut mushrooms in butter.
- Mix all ingredients together and simmer over low heat.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
