Ingredients

  • 6 None ladyfingers, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tropical fruit juice
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit puree, plus 2 tbsp
  • 2 None bananas, thinly sliced

Method

  • Distribute ladyfingers between 6 - 8 oz parfait glasses. Drizzle tropical fruit juice over top.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks then fold into yogurt along with 1/2 cup passionfruit puree. Distribute 1/2 of the cream mixture between glasses and top with bananas. Top with remaining cream mixture then drizzle remaining passionfruit puree over top. Cover and chill overnight.
