Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 3 cans shrimp or 3 lb., cooked and cut fine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- dash of chopped parsley
Method
- Cook and drain macaroni.
- Set aside.
- Mix all ingredients well with macaroni.
- Chill before serving, about 1 hour.
