Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- bacon
- chipped beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Method
- Wrap chicken breasts with bacon and chipped beef. Place in greased baking dish.
- Mix soup, sour cream and cooking sherry. Pour over chicken.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Bake uncovered in 275° oven for 3 hours.
