Ingredients
- 9 oz. yellow cake mix
- 1 large instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained or bananas or blueberry pie filling
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Bake cake 15 minutes in
- 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cool.
- Beat cream cheese with 2 cups milk.
- Add pudding.
- Beat until thick.
- Pour over cooked cake.
- Then spread pineapple or banana or blueberries on top.
- Cover with Cool Whip and coconut.
- Refrigerate.
