Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- With wire whisk or hand beater, beat until well blended.
- Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (greased if necessary); cook until edges are dry.
- Turn over until golden.
- Makes 12 or 13 pancakes.
- For thinner pancakes, use 1 1/2 cups of milk.
