Ingredients
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. bacon
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Combine vegetables and cook in water.
- While vegetables are cooking, melt butter in large pot, make cream sauce with flour, milk and chicken broth.
- Add bacon, vegetables, parsley and salt.
