Ingredients
- 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 6 pork chops
Method
- In a pie pan, combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, blend milk and egg.
- Coat chops with crumbs; dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
- Melt margarine in oven in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Place chops in pan.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Turn chops; bake an additional 30 minutes.
