Ingredients

  • 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 6 pork chops

Method

  • In a pie pan, combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, blend milk and egg.
  • Coat chops with crumbs; dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
  • Melt margarine in oven in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Place chops in pan.
  • Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Turn chops; bake an additional 30 minutes.
