Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) raw potato
- 1 tsp. corn or olive oil
- 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Scrub potato.
- Cut lengthwise into strips, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Pat strips dry with paper towel.
- Toss strips with oil in bowl.
- Spread strips in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 450°.
- Turn strips every 5 to 6 minutes during cooking process to allow for even browning.
- Toss with Parmesan cheese.
- Yields 1 serving.
- Serving size is 1 (3 ounce) potato.
