Ingredients
- white Idaho potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Wash and cut potatoes into small pieces (do not peel).
- Mix flour and cheese together in plastic bag, adding potatoes.
- Melt butter in shallow pan or on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
