Ingredients

  • 3 quarts Baby Spinach
  • 2 -3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 -2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

  • Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
  • Heat vegetable oil, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in small skillet.
  • Stir in sugar.
  • Pour warm dressing over spinach and toss until greens are slightly wilted and well coated.
  • Add mushrooms and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
