- 3 quarts Baby Spinach
- 2 -3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
- Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in small skillet.
- Stir in sugar.
- Pour warm dressing over spinach and toss until greens are slightly wilted and well coated.
- Add mushrooms and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
