Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 12 ounces minced clams
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- assorted fresh vegetable (snow peas, broccoli, and celery)
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix thoughly.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Serve with vegetables.
