Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 16 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cans Thank You chocolate pudding
Method
- Smash cookies into small pieces.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
- Put cookies into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour melted margarine over cookies and pat until flat.
- Put in freezer for 5 minutes. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread over first layer; put in freezer for 5 minutes, then spread pudding over topping; put in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Then spread Cool Whip over top.
- Store in refrigerator until serving time.
