Ingredients

  • 28 Oreo cookies, crushed (set aside a few for top)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Method

  • Melt 1 stick oleo.
  • Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with crumbs and oleo (melted).
  • Cream the cream cheese (softened to room temperature).
  • Add confectioners sugar; mix well.
  • Add Cool Whip. Spread over cookies.
  • Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups milk.
  • Beat until thick.
  • Spread over cream cheese.
  • Cover and let set 2 to 3 hours.
  • Add 8 ounces Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle top with cookies saved.
  • Let set overnight.
