Ingredients
- 28 Oreo cookies, crushed (set aside a few for top)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Method
- Melt 1 stick oleo.
- Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with crumbs and oleo (melted).
- Cream the cream cheese (softened to room temperature).
- Add confectioners sugar; mix well.
- Add Cool Whip. Spread over cookies.
- Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups milk.
- Beat until thick.
- Spread over cream cheese.
- Cover and let set 2 to 3 hours.
- Add 8 ounces Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle top with cookies saved.
- Let set overnight.
