- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tangerine, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 ounce blueberries, cleaned
- 12 cup imitation crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted salad almonds
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut raspberry vinaigrette dressing (80 cal. per serving)
Method
- Wash spinach and lay out on plate.
- On top add artificial crabmeat, tangerine, blueberries, and almonds.
- Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette over all.
- Enjoy!
