Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 orange
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cream 1 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons flour.
- Add juice and rind of one orange.
- Add 1 cup milk and 2 beaten egg yolks.
- Fold in beaten egg whites and bake slowly for 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.
- Set small custard dishes in large pan of hot water to cool.
