Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large pasteurized egg yolks
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cube
Method
- Press oranges through a juicer so there's about 2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice.
- In a container of a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth, adding ice cubes one at a time, about 30-45 seconds. Makes 2 servings.
