Ingredients
- 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz. can)
- 1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Drain juice from oranges in cup. Fill with water to make 1 cup. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
- Stir until dissolved. Add sherbet and lemon juice. Stir until blended.
- Leave in pan and set in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Add oranges and put in mold. Chill.
