Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots, sliced and boiled until tender and drained
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Cook until thickened and pour over cooked carrots.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
- Serves 6 or 7.
