Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. orange marmalade
- dash of nutmeg
- 2 c. orange juice
Method
- Combine flour, salt (if desired) and pepper. Coat chicken. In a skillet, heat oil on medium. Brown chicken. Spread marmalade on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg. Add orange juice and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until chicken juice runs clear.
