Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh carrots
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Slice carrots into rounds and cook until tender; drain.
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add orange juice; cook until thickened.
- Pour over carrot slices; add oleo.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Serves 6.
