Ingredients
- 1 small head lettuce
- 2 long green onions, diced
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds
Method
- Brown almonds and sugar in a skillet; sugar will melt and coat almonds.
- Tear lettuce.
- Toss lettuce with celery and onions.
