Ingredients
- ~2 packs of Ramen noodles
- ~Onion
- ~Celery
- ~Carrots
- ~Cucumber
- ~Black Pepper
- ~Garlic Powder
- ~Italian Seasoning
- ~Poultry Seasoning
- ~50/50 Eggs and Egg whites
Method
- ~Start soup pan on high with a splash of oil
- ~The veggies can have a medium chop and are added in order of listing, stirring consistently
- ~The cucumber should be peeled and seeded
- ~Add desired amount of water, I do about a quart
- ~Simmer the veggies till the cucumber is translucent
- ~Add seasonings during the simmer, in order of listing
- ~The noodles should be added in the last 5 to 7mins of the process
- ~The eggs are scrambled and mixed into the simmer slowly making ribbons
