Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 6 large onions, sliced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Melt oleo.
- Add onion rings and cook until soft and golden brown.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
- Add to onions.
- Cook over moderate flame 10 minutes.
- Pour into bowls and sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each.
- Serves 4 at 115 calories per bowl.
