Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, boiled, boned and skinned
- 1 (16 oz.) can sweet peas
- 2 medium carrots, cooked and sliced
- 1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 stick butter
Method
- Boil chicken until well done.
- Remove all skin and bones. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
- Heat peas. Re-warm cooked carrots and set aside.
- Cook elbow macaroni. Remove from heat and drain water.
