Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- rhubarb
Method
- Line a pie pan with unbaked crust.
- Dice washed rhubarb and pile it rather high in pie shell.
- Mix together 1 cup sugar, 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 4 tablespoons flour.
- Pour custard on top of rhubarb.
- Bake slowly.
- Make a meringue of the egg whites or you may serve the pie plain or with whipped cream.
