- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. capers, drained
- 8 slices bacon, well cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can ripe pitted olives, chopped
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and chill.
- Serves 8 to 10.
