Ingredients
- 4 or 5 leaves, torn in small pieces
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 1 small onion
- 8 black olives
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice

- Combine lettuce, tomato and onion.
- Add olives, salt and pepper; toss.
