- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Mix lemon juice with beaten egg yolks.
- Add condensed milk and beat mixture until it thickens.
- Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
- Top with meringue made by beating 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually beat in 3 tablespoons of sugar until it is dissolved.
- Cover pie with plastic wrap and freeze until set.
