Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef (your choice) with some fat
- 2 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 stalks celery
Method
- Cook beef until tender in 2-quarts of water.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly until all vegetables are tender.
- More tomatoes may be added, if desired.
