Ingredients
- 2 (26 oz.) cans Libby's or Silver-Floss sauerkraut
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 large, peeled and cored apple, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 lb. lean pork spareribs
Method
- Combine all ingredients and add a little water.
- Simmer for 3 hours.
