Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cups White Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 package Butterscotch Chips (11 Oz)

Method

  • 1) Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • 2) Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside.
  • 3) Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, almond and vanilla extracts in large mixer bowl.
  • 4) Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  • 5) Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
  • 6) Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
