Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ginger and baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. low-fat margarine
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 5 pkg. Sweet*10
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins, ground
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add spices and
- dry
- ingredients.
- Drop
- by spoonful onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Each cookie contains 55 calories.
