Ingredients
- 14 cup oats
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons light maple syrup
Method
- Mix together and cook in a frying pan with non stick spray.
- Drizzle syrup overtop.
- Can be made ahead and kept in fridge or freezer.
