Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 c. thawed unsweetened apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Combine oats and flour.
  • Add apple juice concentrate and vegetable oil.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add egg, raisins, cinnamon and nuts.
  • Mix.
  • Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375° for 7 to 10 minutes or until done.
  • Yields 48 cookies.
  • One serving equals 3 cookies.
